• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be closed.
• It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure. Passwords should never be shared with anyone.
• To make a withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed — this requires submitting a copy of your National ID or passport along with your mobile banking details.
• F333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking number registered in your name. Deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted.

• F333 does not charge any payment gateway fees, though your mobile banking operator's own charges may apply.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred to another person.

4. Withdrawal Policy

5. Bonus Terms

• A specific wagering (rollover) requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. This is typically between 3x and 10x the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

6. Betting Rules

• If a bet is suspended before the match begins, f333 may choose to cancel the bet and refund the amount.

• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error, f333 reserves the right to correct it.
• If match-fixing or involvement in a corrupt event is proven, the relevant bets will be voided and the account will be suspended.
• Maximum bet limits are set and may vary from user to user.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f333 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or take advantage of promotions.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using f333 for money laundering or legitimizing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to hack the f333 system or exploiting any security vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

F333 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, for any reason. In particular, immediate action will be taken in cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. A temporary break can also be taken as part of self-exclusion or responsible gaming measures.

9. Limitation of Liability

F333 operates the platform with the utmost care and diligence. However, f333 is not liable for the following:

• Account losses resulting from the user's own negligence or sharing their password.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment operators.
• Loss of bets or game progress due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Unexpected technical failures beyond f333's control.
